How it works

We come in, we learn how you work, and then we do something about it.

  1. Understand the operations

    We sit with you and your team and follow the work as it actually happens, not as the process document says it does. Where the week goes, and which parts still depend on somebody remembering.

  2. Find what can be automated

    Some of it suits AI. A lot of it doesn't, and the honest answer is a checklist, or a setting nobody ever turned on in software you already pay for. We'll say which is which.

  3. Build it, and run it

    We build the workflow and we operate it, with your team reviewing anything that goes to a client. If it stops being worth what it costs you, you say so and we stop. You don't end up with another tool to manage.

Work still done by hand
The spreadsheet somebody rebuilds every quarter. The PDF that gets read line by line, then read again because the first pass missed a transfer. The same client detail typed into three systems.
Systems that don't talk
Your CRM, planning software, custodian and email holding different versions of the same information, with a person in the middle keeping them in step.
What the client sees
Onboarding, review preparation, follow-up after meetings. These are the parts a client experiences, and the first to slip when everyone is busy.
Regulatory compliance
The recurring obligations, and the evidence that something was done rather than written once and filed. Your compliance officer decides what it means for the firm. Our job is that nobody finds out late.

Early, and working closely with a few firms.

Tendant is being built with a small number of independent advisory firms in New Jersey and New York. Much of the work right now is sitting with advisors and their teams and watching how things actually get done.
